The Southern half of the large continent of America, South America, with its large tropical rainforests and incredible mountain range of the Andes, is generally considered to be separated from the Northern half by the Panama Canal that runs through the Isthmus of Panama.

Coffee, banana’s and soybeans are only some examples of the many products that are produced.
